Chest pains are one of the physical symptoms of panic attacks. <br />You will find that it is difficult to breathe and your chest will tighten and constrict. <br />It may feel like there is something that is preventing your throat from being able to swallow, and it is painful, uncomfortable and scary.<br />
  3. 3. I am here to tell you that if you are experiencing a pain in your chest as a result of the anxiety, you are going to be fine. <br />It is not a heart attack, and you will live.
