Here is where we produce bibliographies--easily. EndNote does the driving we simply tell it where to go. We will also open a Word document and insert intext citations and Reference Notes according to the APA Style guidelines. And, we'll explore how to change that style to a different style--easily.

    2. 2. But, where are the references from my last search go? Downloaded references from Proquest database Click “ Show All References ” under References on the EndNote toolbar. Notice “Sort References.” Try sorting by Reference Type and you will have one list of all citations arranged by Book s, Journal s, URL , Reference type .

Cite While You Write <ul><li>Open EndNote library </li></ul><ul><li>Open Word document </li></ul><ul><li>Note the EndNote toolbar in Word </li></ul><ul><li>In Word , put document cursor where in-text reference will go (add a space between) </li></ul><ul><li>Click: EndNote toolbar in Word Find Citations </li></ul><ul><li>Select: from EndNote , the citation to export into the Word document </li></ul><ul><li>Click: Insert at bottom of EndNote citations window </li></ul><ul><li>EndNote cite was inserted into the Word document </li></ul><ul><li>By default, the citation was inserted into the Reference List at the end of the document </li></ul>Use the Cite While You Write commands in Word and EndNote to insert references from your EndNote Library into a Word document.
