• Potential Administrative Furlough
- Planning has begun in order to give our Soldiers, Family members and Civilians time
to prepare - expect implementation no earlier than 8 July
Hope for the best – prepare for the worst
• A 20 percent decrement to an already understaffed workforce
• Furlough applies to MOST civilian provided service –
Installation Reduction of 61.5 man years in garrison alone
• EVERY course of action results in an unavoidable
20 percent reduction to installation services.
