  • 2. Whistles were in ancient times. Whistles were used as magical tools to induce in the heat of summer wind and rain. After they have become child ren 's toys. Now whistles are used in folk ensembles as musical instruments.
  • 3. Folk masters make whistles in the form of horses, riders, deer, dogs, birds and fantastic animals. If the whistle has a complicated shape and is same large, a whistle can be performed separately and then connect ed with the rest of the toys.
  • 4. Best clung whistles are made from fat clay. This clay is used for Filimonovskaya toys. For the blue-black color these toys have got a nickname Sini ts a (a tit) . In general toys were molded of the clay, which i could be found in the area.
  • 5. Timbre coloration depends on the amout of whistles: great — sound is quient and dull, a little — a light and soft, pretty loud.
