Basic Requirements :
• Space approx 500 to 1000 sq feet
• Two nos. of Bed with cotton mattress and raxine
• Minimum 1 nursing staff for vaccination
• One refrigerator with uninterrupted power supply
• Computer for data entry & Records
• Printed Immunization Card.
• Ice Box, Syringe, cotton, dettol, spirit etc.
• And above all, a good knowledge of immunization.
