  • 12. <ul><li>Transformational intent is to achieve the State Public Services&apos; mission, that is : </li></ul>“ A fully networked and functioning Electronic Government System.” <ul><li>State Public Service IT implementation had been guided by the State IT Master Plan with the vision and mission as follows: </li></ul>Vision – To achieve administrative renewal and bring the government closer to its citizens. Mission – To facilitate the reinvention of government through the strategic deployment of information and multimedia technologies.
