  • Emily, I do have demonstrations although I use the Buzzwords in which pertains to my experiences. I am not using them to sound good, but to highlight my capabilities.

  • Hi Lisa, yes resumes should be brief, however, in the land of Government departments and the Health Sector in particular actually advertise the Key Selection Criteria and those that dont respond to the selection criteria as part of there application, do not get an interview at the very least...So for these industries one must provide examples of for eg: a KSC might say: Effective communication skills...then one must demonstrate in words how they are an excellent communicator....in other words via an example...da da da or even a KSC might head..Good Problem solving skills...there again one demonstrates an example of a time they proved to have good problem solving skills...
