With custom fields, you can: • Keep track of your proprietary candidate information, such as desired salary or work authorizations • Search based on custom fields so you can zero-in on the right person more quickly • Customize the fields to track and record the information that matters to your company

  4. 4. Customize the suggested fields or create new ones that meet your needs Step 2 of 3
  5. 5. Select the type of field and customize the values if needed,* then click save *If you select text, date or number you don’t need to customize any values. For example, for a desired salary custom field, select ‘number’ and the recruiter will simply enter the desired salary number, rather than selecting one from a drop-down menu. ©2013 LinkedIn Corporation.
