This workshop brings together Buddhist meditation with experiential deep ecology processes. Mornings are spent in silence, yoga, sitting and walking meditation. This is a group designed to connect people in the area interested in creating community food gardens around Warburton. The idea has been inspired by towns in the UK that have done this successfully. The essence of this idea is that the food growing around the community is available for anyone to pick and eat, whether they are part of this group or not.
