Youth Development:<br />Youth Sports<br />Teaching children character development and life-lessons such as teamwork, cooperation, discipline, and healthy living.<br />Aquatics <br />Teaching children life-saving skills to reduce the risk of drowning.<br />Child Watch<br />Nurturing children in a safe and loving environment while teaching socialization and self-confidence.<br />Day Camp<br />Engaging children in a safe environment to grow and thrive during the summer months while learning values such as honesty, fairness, respect, and responsibility.<br />

Healthy Living:<br />Fitness Programs <br />Changing and saving lives through engaging members in fitness programs such as cardio, strength training, group exercise, and personal training to help people adopt and maintain a healthy lifestyle.<br />Aquatics <br />Improving the health, quality of lives, and sense of community through water exercise classes.<br />Family Time<br />Intentionally providing families with opportunities to be together through special events focused on healthy family dynamics.<br />Senior Socials<br />Providing a welcoming environment for seniors to not only increase health and well-being but also to provide socialization and an increased support system.<br />

Social Responsibility:<br />Volunteerism<br />Providing purposeful opportunities for youth and adults to give back to their community.<br />Wellness Education<br />Educating the community through events such as “Healthy Kids Day” the benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. <br />Military Outreach<br />Providing support for families of deployed military personnel to utilize the YMCA completely free to them.<br />Child Welfare<br />Serving at-risk youth through programs that teach character development by healthy role models.<br />
