    4. 4 The GCS Solution Enabling Network Professionals to access the communications tools they need
    5. 5 Provision Customers into System  Carrier and Contact Management: Add/edit/activate-deactivate. Unlimited number of carriers and contacts. For Carrier Management: Support for prefix, IP-address, trunkname rating set on both the origination & termination sides A comprehensive, dynamic, customizable and For Contact Management: Setup contacts for addendum, invoice, report notifications limitless next generation rate management system designed for carriers
    6. 6 How Does GCS Accomplish Least Cost & Best Quality Routing? A flexible, scalable, easy-to-use, and cost efficient next generation LCR engine designed for carriers  Auto upload carrier rate sheets GCS Dynamic Route Manager creates all its routing tables based  Create routes by IP address upon a Least Cost Routing Engine.  Route by percentage, weighted, Load in all your supplier costs and least cost, NPA-NXX, service level, & your customer prices and GCS create targeted NPA-NXX zones, Dynamic Route Manager generates LERG, OCN, Lata, or to LNP, and “No Loss” least cost routing tables. International 18-digit routing simultaneously Optional: Integrate Route Manager directly to  Create audit trail for route changes your existing billing and pricing system. as well as full manual override for automation  Provide real-time tracing and export of call signaling path
    7. 7 Routing - Edit
    8. 8 Routing – No-loss LCR
    9. 9 Routing – Override – No-loss, Percent, Prio, LCR
    10. 10 How Does GCS Accomplish Reporting? Hierarchy of reporting starts with a dashboard of network and health. All reports available in 15 minute, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Reports are run and stored in system so that they do not need to be ran each time you want to look at data.  Reporting Analysis: Traffic, Margin, Cause Code, & 7-Day Comparison Traffic, Margin, Cause Code: Display by Termination carriers, by Origination Carriers, by Destination. Filter by any field 7-Day Comparison: Display by Termination carriers, by Origination Carriers, by Destination. Filter by any field. Show hour over hour comparison of Mon-Mon, Tues-Tues etc  Sales Management: Pricing Tool Ability to create pricing rate decks for customers. Dynamically build A-Z rate deck with x% margin over x real cost. Edit and save rate decks.  Customer/Supplier Web Interface: Fully partition-based system with company/user level access. View rate, reports, and rate changes.
    11. 11 Dashboard
    12. 12 How Does GCS Accomplish Reporting? Cont’d. Hierarchy of reporting starts with a dashboard of network and health. All reports available in 15 minute, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Reports are run and stored in system so that they do not need to be ran each time you want to look at data.  Ad hoc reports-any statistics by carrier, country, destination, time of day  Prepackaged reports for ASR, ALOC, ACD, QOS  Real-time and historical views  Automated invoicing for comparison and reconciliation
    13. 13 Traffic By Day – Destination – ASR/Sort
    14. 14 Traffic By Day – Destination – Attempts/Sort
    15. 15 Traffic By Day – Destination – Margin/Sort
    16. 16 Traffic By Day – Destination - Sort
    17. 17 Rate Management Reporting Specifics  CDR Collection  Support for CDR collection directly from network elements.  All raw CDRs are stored for a configurable amount of time.  All CDRs post same day can be converted to summary CDRs by hour, month, day.  The CDR collection, mediation, reporting and alarming module will run on a separate server from the routing module.  Quality Reports Standard reports necessary to display quality of routes by origination or termination and filter by routes. ASR, ALOC, total attempts, failed attempts, completed attempts, total minutes. Sort by all columns. Last 15 minutes, last hour, today cumulative, on demand by start date/start time & end date/end time 1. Customer origination report by destination & Customer origination report by termination supplier 2. Supplier termination report by destination & Supplier termination report by origination customer 3. Origination customer & Termination supplier 7 day destination comparison report over “x” period of time. Compare stats Sunday over Sunday, Monday over Monday, etc. 4. Customer origination cause code report by destination & by termination supplier 5. Termination supplier cause code report by destination
    18. 18 Supplier – Answer Supervision – Issue
    19. 19 Supplier – Philippines – ALOC/Sort
    20. 20 NOC & Quality Reporting Prepackaged & ad hoc reporting on route performance Prepackaged & ad hoc reporting on vendor performance Alarming reports by ASR, country, destination, carrier (in development currently, schedule release late Q2 ’09-on target)
    21. 21 Audit
    22. 22 Scalability Basic Functions: Web-Server  Database/Routing Engine  302 Redirect  Clustered infinitely scalable architecture, currently  processing equivalent of 1,000 cps or 150,000 concurrent calls or 200 DS3s Contains mediation server for CDRs Additional external storage devices such as SAN can be supported
    23. 23 Route Quality Specifics Route Quality Alarms Configure ASR and/or ALOC alarms by originator/route and/or terminator/route Set minimum number of calls over a period of time for validation of alarm Configure email address for alarms to be emailed to Alarm matrix grid with 1 minute refresh to actively monitor the alarms Route Quality Monitoring Alarm matrix grid with 1 minute refresh to actively monitor the alarms Green/Yellow/Red alerting Click on alert to view detailed statistics QOS Routing: Margin/ASR/ALOC Intelligence Dynamic priority changes based upon actual ALOC/ASR as compared to expected ALOC/ASR per supplier - supplier/route
