The Chartered Institute for the Management of Assessment Practice Professional Designations Professional   designations   are   awarded   and   must   be   maintained   through   the  CIMAP  Member  Code  of  Conduct  -­‐  Underlying  Principles   participation  of  Continuous   Professional  Development  (CPD)  activities  on  an  annual   Management  of  self basis.   Management  of  others Student Management  of  clients Student  Member  -­‐  Open  to  anyone  with  an  interest  in  assessment. Management  of  business  partners  and  colleagues Service  to  the  wider  community Affiliate Support  of  the  professional  body Affiliate  Membership  (ACIMAP)  -­‐  is  open  to  anyone  with  an  interest  in   assessment  and  confirmation  of  achievement  of  the  national  assessor  Supporting  the  Code  of  Conduct standard. Serving Sizes‘Ethics  in  Practice’  workshops  offered  nationwide:  -­‐   Practitioner Understand  how  attitude  influences  effectiveness Drawing  a  parallel  between  values  and  applied  competence Practitioner  Assessor    (PCIMAP)  -­‐  1-­‐3  years  experience  in  educational   assessment  -­‐  must  have  achieved  a  National  Diploma  NQF  5. Exploring  a  Code  of  Conduct Fellow Integrating  Values  &  Credibility   Understanding  responsibility  as  a  Practitioner   Fellow  Assessor  (FCIMAP)  -­‐  Fellowship  is  available  to  the  most  experienced   and  expert  practitioners  in  educational  assessment  and  a  NQF  6  level   qualification. Chartered Chartered  Assessor  (CCIMAP).  Masters  degree  and  five  years  of  educational   assessment  experience.
