  • 3. He went to Ireland to teach people about God.<br />
  • 4. Some say he drove all the snakes out of Ireland.<br />
  • 5. Others say he used shamrocks to teach about the Trinity<br />
  • 6. He died March 17 in 461 A.D.<br />
  • 7. Leprechauns are unfriendly and possess a pot of gold.<br />
  • 8. If you find a Leprechaun, you can trick him into showing you his gold.<br />
  • 9. But if you don’t watch the leprechaun very carefully, he and the gold will disappear!<br />
  • 10. Today Americans march in parades…<br />
  • 11. Dance the Irish Jig…<br />
  • 12. Dye rivers green…<br />
  • 13. People wear green in memory of Ireland <br />
  • 14. Some also wear Clover/Shamrocks.<br />
  • 15. If you find a four-leaf clover you will have good luck.<br />
  • 16. Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!<br />
