    • It's delicious.

    • Shredded chicken (or other meat)
    • Cabbage
    • Shrimp
    • ...And it's delicious.
  • 7. Chicken Tocino
    • Chicken; as implied in the name
    • Marinated in sweet red sauce
    • Can be fried or boiled; 20 minutes
    • My favorite.
  • 8. Adobo
    • Usually chicken or pork.
    • Marinated and boiled in:
      • Soy Sauce
      • Vinegar
      • Bay Leaves
      • Black Peppers
      • Sugar
  • 9. Lumpia (Loom-Peeah)
    • Sautéed vegetables:
      • Carrots
      • Cabbage
      • Beansprout
      • Green onions
    • Ground meat
    • Can dip with soy sauce and vinegar.
  • 10. Dinuguan (Dee-nu-goo-ahn)
    • AKA, “chocolate meat”; too bad it's not really chocolate.
    • Beef or pork.
    • Stewed in vinegar, coconut milk and beef/pork's blood.
  • 11. Palabok (Pah-Lah-Bok)
    • Chicharon
    • Eggs
    • Ground meat (Pork)
    • Green onions
    • Palabok mix
    • Minced garlic
    • Thick noodles
  • 12. Finally! Time for desert!
  • 13. Cassava Cake
    • Grated cassava (same family as sweet potatoes)
    • Coconut milk/Milk
    • Sugar/Brown
    • Stringed macapuno (young coconut)
    • Eggs
  • 14. Suman
    • Sticky sweet rice
    • Coconut milk
    • Sugar
    • Wrapped in banana leaves and then steamed.
  • 15. Puto
    • Powdered rice with coconut milk
    • Sugar
    • Steamed in a bamboo steamer.
  • 16. Biko (Sweet Rice)
    • Steamed sticky rice
    • Baked in coconut milk
    • Sugar
    • Can be topped with roasted coconut shavings.
    • DELICIOUS.
