AWESOME ˈ -səm, adj ȯWikipedia:1 : expressive of awe <awesome tribute>2. a : inspiring awe <an awesome task> b : terrific, extraordinary <had an awesome time>URBAN dictionary:An overused adjective intended to denote something as "cool" or "great" but instead winds up meaning "lame." This is actually a reflection of the lameness of person using the word, the degree of which is directly proportionate to difference between the users perspective of the so-called awesome object / person / situation and that of a reasonably sober, well-informed observer.

  • 15. Align the message inside and out• Consistent with the culture• Different• Promise what you actually offer• Offer what they actually want• Go where the target group is• Think long-term (PR), network• Build hiring-pipeline
