Hey Jeff, thx for commenting. Most people do not plan their lives rather they live rather passively and aimlessly. In fact, this is the first thing I work with my coaching clients to implement into their lives and it makes an immediate impact - every time. 10% is a good rule of thumb and it means for every hour you plan to work or pursue any goal, you should spend at least 5 minutes planning.
