    • Nowadays many companies use unfair strategies to overcome their main competitors.
    • They have been using industrial espionage.
  • 3. Espionage - Definition
    • Espionage is the practice of getting secret or confidential information about an organization or a society.
  • 4. Spy - Definition
    • A spy is a person employed to get secrets, using:
      • Unfair tools,
      • Detective appliances,
      • Electronic devices,
      • Sophisticated cameras.
  • 5. Espionage - Benefits
    • You don't have to spend money with research because you steal the information from other company.
    • Low investment (high risk).
    • He can find out important company secrets and destroy your competitor.
  • 6. Espionage - Important
    • It is illegal and unfair.
    • It can damage your company image inside the marketplace.
    • The spy can be a double agent.
    • The spy can blackmail your company in the future.
  • 7. Ways to Avoid Espionage
    • Your company should:
      • develop a protection system (firewall, anti-virus).
      • have a good security team.
      • not allow cameras inside its facilities.
      • set up restricted areas.
