Greek Mythology Pandora's Box <ul><li>The ancient Greeks considered hope to be as dangerous as all the world's evils, but without hope to accompany all their troubles, humanity was filled with despair. </li></ul><ul><li>It was a great relief when Pandora revisited her box and let out hope as well. </li></ul>

Hope Main Components <ul><li>Hope is normally considered to involve three components: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Feeling - the expectancy of positive outcomes. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Perception – the ability to see how those positive outcomes can be reached. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Action – the activities you do to achieve your well being. </li></ul></ul>
