How to quit smoking <br />There are many different ways to quit smoking.<br />1- Stay a way from bad people .<br />2- Try to play or any thing useful in your free time.<br />3- If you saw some smokers don’t approach them.<br />
Smoking and respiratory diseases<br />1- A relative decline of the bronchus, leading to a lack of oxygen.<br />2- Increase the resistance of the entry and exchange of gases in lungs.<br />3- Smokers can’t breath like non-smokers.<br />
Ingredients of cigarettes <br />Cigarette smoke contains over 4,000 chemicals, including 43 known cancer-causing (carcinogenic) compounds and 400 other toxins. These include nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide, as well as formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic, and DDT.<br />
