    • UCL Case Study UCL has an Open Access mandate In the first phase, UCL´s Academic Board, in May 2009, agreed two principles to underpin UCL’s publication activity and to support its scholarly mission:  That, copyright permissions allowing, a copy of all research outputs should be deposited in the UCL repository in Open Access  The second phase of implementing the mandate was accomplished in Autumn 2010 when UCL’s Academic Board ratified a formal Publications Policy which expands on the two principles agreed in 2009XII Jornadas Españolas de Documentación / EBLIDA-NAPLE Conference 2011 in Cooperation with FESABID / XVI Jornadas Bibliotecarias de Andalucía Málaga 25, 26 y 27 de Mayo de 2011
