Keep track of what you eat and where your calories are

There are plenty of apps out there that can assist you with
keeping track of your calories. (Carbs, Proteins, Fats)
Remember most of the apps are an estimation of calories and may not be 100%
Repeat after me, “I let go of all reasons and excuses for
not eating healthy meals”.
Losing weight actually all starts with how you think.
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, you first have to
"choose" to make those mental changes.
Break down those psychological barriers and see how
much better you will feel.

“I love myself unconditionally”.
“I am a good person who deserves to be happy”.
“I take pride in who I am”.
“I am willing to make positive choices in my diet. I am
willing to exercise”.
“I focus on breathing and grounding myself”.
“I am important”.
