Integrity’s corporate wellness programs are designed to address each employee’s health conditions and concerns.

Because there is such a disparity between each individuals’ health status it is important to evaluate them specifically.

That is why our programs are carefully chosen to meet the needs of your specific employee populations. The many problems faced by corporations today are absenteeism, low productivity and the high costs of healthcare.

  • 2. Definitions: Body composition is one of the most obvious indicators of overall health. It is the ratio of lean mass (good weight) to fat mass (bad weight if too much). Body Mass Index (BMI): A measure of an adult’s weight in relation to his or her height, specifically the adult’s weight in kilograms divided by the square of his or her height in meters.
  • 3. During the past 20 years, there has been a dramatic increase in obesity in the United States and rates remain high. In 2010, no state had a prevalence of obesity less than 20%. Thirty-six states had a prevalence of 25% or more; 12 of these states (Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Mis souri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia) had a prevalence of 30% or more.

  • 7. There is no single answer to this question. However we do know that most chronic diseases can be prevented or eradicated with regular exercise and healthy food choices. Rather than taking a pill for every ill we need to act on the knowledge that exercise is a powerful, affordable and accessible “cure”.
  • 8. For many, getting healthy and fit has been a game of hit or miss. Year after year people try health clubs, weight loss centers, fad diets, and many other gimmicks that promise better health, yet fail miserably. The reason why they fail is because they don't have a plan that provides all the instructions of health and fitness to attain ultimate success. This is primarily why we are having trouble with our health care system. People were never taught HOW to attain good health, instead we are lead to believe that there is an easy way out. The truth is, it is relatively simple to attain great health once you know what to do. Although the science behind the EZ Coach system is rather complex the program that you will be following is quite simple.

With the prevalence of chronic disease in the U.S. employers are feeling the impact of health care costs with lost productivity due to absenteeism, disability and presenteeism (low productivity at work). It’s time to invest in your company! Offer your employees a complete, preventative care, solution so YOUR business can thrive and prosper! Your employees will be well enough to make it happen!
  • 10. Integrity makes it easy for your company and its’ employees to join! 1. Provide a point of contact person. (The person who will be handling the wellness programs for the employees at the company.) 2. Promote the Integrity’s Corporate Wellness Program to all your employees. 3. Pick a date and time to have an open-enrollment event. An Integrity Representative will attend your event to answer any questions and provide enrollment forms for the memberships. 4. Tell us of any changes in your company that may affect membership (hiring new employees interested in taking advantage of the program or if you have released any employees that were members). 5. The last step: Enjoy and reap the benefits from the Integrity’s Corporate Wellness Program!
  • 11. *Individual Plan: Employees can enroll and pay out-of-pocket but receive a discount. (Most Major Health Insurance Accepted!) *Corporate Purchase Plan: Employees can enroll with no out-of-pocket expenses. The company will be invoiced for the total number of memberships and the company can decide to either absorb the full cost or deduct a portion of the fee from the employee’s paycheck. If the company assumes 100% of the cost, the membership belongs to the company. If the employee leaves the company for any reason, the remaining membership can be transferred to another employee. The rate is guaranteed for one year. Onsite Corporate Specialization: Onsite corporate wellness design, installation, and operation. For more details on option 3 please contact Rocco Boulay at to arrange a consultation for prerequisites. *To qualify for corporate rates a minimum of 5 employees must sign a 1 year agreement.
  • 12. At Integrity we are not a GYM. We provide you with the solutions that meet your exact needs & goals. A gym ONLY provides a membership key tag and sometimes an orientation of the facility, NOTHING ELSE. THIS WON’T GET YOU FIT, PERIOD. Did you know that 86% of all those who join a gym FAIL within the first 3 weeks? In fact, Gyms count on it! And the 14% who continue are mostly men who have learned how to exercise previously from playing on sports teams or in their high school gym. It’s no wonder why GYMS advertise CHEAP MEMBERSHIPS, nobody shows up anyway!
  • 13. Your first visit: Welcome, overview, and a program design. This will consist of a collection of health data such as height, weight, age, injuries, goals, body composition and a strength test. Your second visit: You will receive a program instruction, a nutritional plan that will coincide with your program that was chosen for you based on needs and goals, and a recommendation will be given for supplements based on your body composition, needs and goals to assist you in reaching optimal health!
  • 14. The Health Coaches provide solutions to all your health and fitness aspirations. Following your EZ Coach workout card shows you your exact seat settings, sets, repetitions and the amount of weight you need per workout to get you strong fast. Just put a check mark after each exercise once completed. Week-by-week you will be increasing the intensity of your workout insuring optimal gains. Once your workout card is complete you will see your Health Coach for a program update. This updated program will provide you with a new workout card to challenge you through the next workout cycle. The program update will also provide you with a report of your progress.
  • 15. I used the Integrity system to help me lose 127 pounds and tone my body. The program is easy to follow and gets me in and out of the gym with no guess work at all and in a reasonable amount of time.
