    “I'm a middle aged single woman whose lifestyle preference would be (Miami :-)) but career calls me likely to Wilmington (JP Chase Morgan). The Philly lifestyle seems a better active fit as I don't want to be in suburbia with lots of young families. But..I also don't want a miserable commute. And, I want to deal with snow as little as possible...no sidewalk shoveling, digging car out of driveways, etc., so I'm thinking someplace with enclosed parking. Any thoughts about good wilmington places, philly or NJ? Really don't know this area at all. And, I'm looking to rent. Thanks much.”
