What is CPCE? <ul><li>One of three initiatives: Friends and Neighbours in Sandwell, Help at Home in Shropshire and CPCE in Leeds. </li></ul><ul><li>Community run and owned social enterprise(s) </li></ul><ul><li>Developing and using their own social capital </li></ul><ul><li>Focus on improved packages of care for people who are FACS eligible increased support for those who are non eligible </li></ul>

(2) <ul><li>Uses social capital/community capital to ‘liberate’ resources </li></ul><ul><li>Resources released to spend on community initiatives and provide a ‘return’ to the statutory sector – ‘The Community Dividend ’ </li></ul><ul><li>Two SE’s in Leeds covering three NN’s. </li></ul><ul><li>Engaging with 60,000 people </li></ul><ul><li>1300 FACS eligible people – and many more in need will be supported </li></ul>
