  • 1. The Elmo in the classroom

  • 2. What is an Elmo?
    The elmo is a mounted camera attached to a digital projector that allows you to project documents and other objects onto the board for you and your class to see.
  • 3. The Parts
    Mounted Camera
    Lamp
    Power
    Projector
  • 4. Before Use
    Pull up on the arm located on the side of the projector to raise the projection head. The arm will lock into place at a 90 degree angle.
  • 5. Projector
    First the projector must be placed on a steady surfacewith the projection head facing the screen.
    Both must be placed on flat surfaces
  • 6. The Lamp
    The lamp in your elmo has a limited lifespan which is determined by the amount of time you use your projector and how often you switch the projector on and off.
