  6. 6. How to achieve Competent Leadership? 1. Take different roles in any Toastmasters club 2. Bring the CL manual to the meeting 3. Give the manual to an evaluator prior to doing the role 4. Let your evaluator know which project you are working on 5. Make sure to get your CL manual back!
