  • Love this! Especially the old marketing model of 'pummel constituents until they submit.' Hilarious. =)

    You are dead on that the new model is to educate and empower - but the trick is not just to aid and empower, but drop pieces of that high-value content in many places so that you can aid and empower them AT THE RIGHT MOMENT. It's all about timing, and being visible at the right time when they are making that decision.
