  18. 18. The Project • Hired Ottawa firm OpenPlus.ca in April 2012 • Worked with NeoInsight for usability and IA • Site went live in November 2013 uOttawa.ca
  19. 19. What do our users need to do? 1. Create the top task long list (10 inputs) 2. Top task core team – Whittled 400 tasks down to 75 3. Poll our users – Customer Carewords poll (June-July 2012) – 8,000 respondents (2360 francophones; 5829 anglophones) – Divided by audience uOttawa.ca
