  • 1. Assignment #1: Create A Mad Lib Go to www.funbrain.com
  • 2. Click on Reading , and you will arrive at this page:
  • 3. Choose one of the four Mad Libs:
  • 4. Click Play to begin the game:
  • 5. You can click on one of the provided entries to complete your Mad Lib, but try to come up with your own unique entries: But make them class-appropriate ;)
  • 6. The Mad Lib center console will tell you how many entries you have left:

    • When you have finished your Mad Lib, click the button to view a printable version.
    • Open the printable page and maximize the new window that contains your Mad Lib to full screen.
    • Take a screen shot of your Mad Lib.
    • Copy your screen shot into Paint or Photoshop (or any photo-editing software), and save it as a JPEG. You do not have to print this, unless you want to.
    • Crop the screen shot so that only the Mad Lib you created is visible. If you do not have any picture-editing software, use Picnik ( http://www.picnik.com ). It is free and easy to use.
