Online shopping is a mainly a form of electronic commerce where you can directly and easily purchase stuff over the internet from a seller. Online shopping has proven that physical stores are no more a limitation to a Shopaholic. Here the consumers visit a certain website and look for a product of their interest. This can be done in two ways either by directly visiting the website of the retailer or by searching the site with the help of a shopping search engine.

  • 4. Online shopping: mode of shopping Online shopping is a mainly a form of electronic commerce where you can directly and easily purchase stuff over the internet from a seller. Online shopping has proven that physical stores are no more a limitation to a Shopaholic. Here the consumers visit a certain website and look for a product of their interest. This can be done in two ways either by directly visiting the website of the retailer or by searching the site with the help of a shopping search engine.
  • 5. Use of shopping cart Now most retailers use online shopping carts. Once you find a product of your choice you can add the product to the shopping cart. Look for other products and purchase all the products at the same time after you have chosen all the products according to your need. Some shopping carts have limitations of mostly three to four products at a time.
  • 6. The checkout process • After you have added your items to the shopping cart a checkout process follows immediately after that. • In this process payment and delivery information is collected. • This information is necessary in order to find out if the retailer will be able to deliver the purchase to your address. • If it is possible for the retailer to deliver the purchase process flows and in case it cannot be delivered the purchase cannot be made so there is no question of false purchase.
  • 7. Mode of payment Generally online customers for the online shopping UAE pay through a PayPal account or credit card. However some online stores offer other convenient modes of payment too like billing through mobile phones or landlines, debit card, Cheque, gift cards, electronic money, wire transfer, invoice or the most convenient for all that is cash on delivery.
  • 8. Mode of payment So online shopping is actually quite easy as it helps people not to go here and there in finding the accurate thing they want. Among the advantages there are some disadvantages rather risks also in the same. People can be conned by the frauds. So before the purchase one should find out about the mode of payment and delivery details along with the product details and the reviews about it of the other customers of the online store just to be on the safe side
