    Surely if a project has a start and an end, then it is inevitably going to have some aspects of a waterfall. Just drawing a gantt chart demonstrates this.

    Aside from being very creative, the message behind this is absolutely fantastic. We’ve been transitioning to a methodology like this - trying to get away from the terror of the waterfall. The reality of a waterfall is though you are pushing everything in the same direction, you never know what kind of mess you’re going to make in the end!

    Great presentation - I’ve shared it with my fellow Product managers AND subscribed to your feed. Thanks so much for sharing!
