New Job Requests<br />The Request Name will appear on STARS reports and lists on your Home Screen<br />Notes written by clients can explain difficult terms or phrases to ensure accuracy.<br />Browse computer or digital voice recorder to locate audio files for upload.<br />Describe file contents.<br />Click to attach and upload selected file(s).<br />Remove incorrect file(s).<br />Save requests for future access and changes. Does NOT send request to LegaLock<br />Submit audio files to LegaLock. Navigating STARS Home Page<br />Orange highlights active page.<br />Address Managementallows adding, changing, removing firm address information.<br />Reset Password allows Users to update required password and security questions.<br />Logout from STARS.<br />Reports directs Admin to a menu for avariety of account activity reports.<br />User Management allows Admin to:<br /><ul><li> Add, deactivate, reset Users.
  • 22. Revise contact information.
  • 23. Set/reset temporary user passwords, as required.
  • 24. The Client’s Administrative Home Page is used to control your authorized user accounts.
