hereby enter into the following agreement:
1. The Art Vault will be the sole Gallery representing the Artist in the Mildura
area.
2. The Artist will declare any other Gallery representation outside the Mildura
area and will make known to the Art Vault Director any legal or monetary
requirements associated with representation agreements signed by
Galleries other than the Art Vault.
3. The Gallery agrees to give Artists it represents priority for the holding of
solo exhibitions at the Gallery.
4. The Artist and The Gallery agree that the initial term for representation by
The Art Vault is to be 12 months. At the end of the twelve months both
parties (Gallery and Artist) will reassess the partnership and if
reciprocated sign a further Representation Agreement for an agreed
period of time.
