The gathering process now
     has to focus on

          knowquot;!
Decision makers need
to give stakeholders a
 voice in the decision
       process...
...and that voice cannot
      be controlled.
For most organizations this
  means new behaviors,
     new structures
    and new processes.
Now is the time to
  Re-Imagine
the Organization.
