      These consist of FISERV created workflows that range from standard to dynamic.
      Currently, 25 installations in the United States.
      Workflows can be purchased ala carte or as a group. A group purchase will provide a 10% discount.

      Once user completes the Wizard, they must manually click back into the Workflow to continue the process.

      Stop Payment Form Activates in Workflow and can be archived in Director
      An email notification can be sent to either a person on an email group. Users must have Outlook installed for this to work.
      Session is now passed to our Deposit Ops group to place the Stop Payment. BPM (Expedite) 4.1 is scheduled to allow file maintenance.

      Deposit Ops group can pull this Outstanding Session and process

      The 4.1 Release in Expedite (BPM) will make the process smoother because of the ability to do file maintenance.
      Currently, the user will need (on some workflows) to go into Customer, Accounts and the Workflow with limited direction resulting in a some “clunky” functionality.

      Digital signatures can be lost when Back Office works in a passes session. For example, if a form with a signature is refreshed or anything on a form is changed.
      New Accounts work under the Services tab instead of the New Accounts tab.

      All workflows along with actions, processes, wizards, forms and fields can be adjusted.
      During the review and training process, adjustments can be made to match policies and procedures.
      After FISERV is complete, those with Expedite Administrator and I32 access can make additional customizations.
