    Well said maximise. I couldn’t agree more. It is not only curriculum leaders but the leadership of the principal in schools, especially school in Hong Kong and the region where the schooling model is much less democratic than I am used to. It is not uncommon for a principal here to say 'we are putting an electronic whiteboard in every classroom' or 'we are doing a 1:1 computing program' and then force the teachers to come on board, even to the extent of doing most of the learning in their own time.
    Not much 'Servant Leadership' here!

    No, but the way we want to teach or rather help our students to learn should be the main driver towards access to the technologies we should have. Always, the technologies should be curriculum driven - assuming that our curriculum leaders are up to date in their thinking.
