  • These are the 15 Agile coaches in the Tiger Network, a result of a 4 Months agile coach program facilitated by Michael and Johan Tandberg. We are all located in Kista, but belongs to different departments so there’s no natural collaboration based on expectation from our managers. Instead it’s activities done cross-organization together that make us strong, and that we invested time in helping each other in personal development, through buddy-coaching and feedback.Nick names is a playful way of creating identity, share who you are to the surroundings and bond relations with peers. This is 1 example how the Tiger network apply principle #2 on ourselves.
  • Energize - ex. Build in proud and identity into the teams by Team slogans & logotype.Fazilitate the event, make sure the slogans are very visible in the office. This creates curiousity among other teams and mgmt and gives a good reason for start talking to a team.Helps team members to understand what it means to be part of the team (chose to join, based on common values)
  • Equivalance = Playfulness i team, våga lyfta fram. - Fotbolls retro.Do something very different and people can suddenly become very open minded!Do a Football Retrospective, everything must be described in Football Terms and everyone is dressed as players (Referee = Facilitator).By using a methaphor it’s easier to speak about a sensitive area, or a problem become so clear/transparance (we play with 100 balls, on 3 different fields). Team play is awesome in the game!”“The fans (LM and PM) got to close to the field, so we told them to back off from the field”“Many goals made! (user stories taken)”“To many referees read the diffuse rulebook and stopped the game!”“Commentators take some of their ideas in!”“The fans give me tasks! (CoP)”“Failover functionality is on the stretcher right now!”“Team management wants us to change from 90min to 10min”“Felt some pressure to lower the quality because of speeding up the game”“SWAT gave us red card!”- I have laughed more here the 2 first days, than I did within 2 months in my previous team- This is the first time I see a professional Scrum deployment within Ericsson
  • Tiger challenge award - öka utmaningen (challenges/requests) - t.ex. betenden, nya roller, dubbelt så kul? hälften så många fel? Playfulness makes it easier to challenge a team to change behavior or try something new, for example TDD or Pair Programming.Make a small celebration and give a physical award when challenge is achieved. It’s fun, generates energy and reduce the fear of trying new things. Also it creates curiosity among other teams – Why do they get an award? We also want one!Use playfulness to drive new behaviors.Celebrate, make It visible.Fun, Generates energy –> ‘fool ‘fear to try something new
  • We in the Tiger network have invested lot of time in our network to agree on Why we exist and in which direction we want to go, both as individual, as network and as company. The outcome of these WS, and what keep is together and guide us in daily decisions are our 4 VALUES= PASSION, COURAGE, TRANSPARANCY & KAIZEN.So, since our network is spread over many org we also have many stakeholders and canditates showing interest in deciding and prioritize what we shall do.All these discussion have been resultet in even stronger bonding in our network. Instead of deciding over us, involve us in your challenge, make us curious, feel it’s important and trigger our passion to do something together with you, not for you.
  • Skala till /// nivå. Fortfarande samma SO principer (2 min)Safari posterHTE - cell org. SO nätverk som kopplas samman enligt principerna.Inspired/influenced by the Tiger network, new coaching network started or became visible and started to interact with each other. Share and learn from each other, support in each organisations etc.1 Month ago all the different animals gathered in Kista to meet at the Water Hole and dream together to see the future network of Change agents within Ericsson.
