If you live life as an experience, then failures would be just another experience and you will explore new things that may help you make your way to your goals. Jack Welch became the youngest CEO of GE (General Electric) at the age of 45 and remained in his position for 20 long years. His philosophy was clear; when people make mistakes, the last thing they need is discipline. It’s time for encouragement and confidence building. He gave freedom to people to innovate and to stretch themselves to achieve their goal.
