  • 2. Easy to find Both hotels are really easy to find. The 2 websites links appear first on the search engine Google when tiping in the names of the hotels. Hotel Gabriel is easier to find than Hotel Ares as a map also appears on Google, with the location of the hotel.
  • 3. Easy to use Hotel Ares Hotel Ares’ website is easy to use as all the different pages of the hotel are accessible through the banner on top of the website. You can easily choose to which page you want to access.
  • 4. Easy to use Hotel Gabriel Hotel Gabriel is also very easy to use, even easier as the icons are bigger to be better seen. Same as for Hotel Ares, the icons will bring the customer directly to the valuable information he/she is looking for.

    • Both websites are more like brochures rather than sharing with website customers. The two websites are very well designed.
    • The market positioning is well expressed for Hotel Gabriel as it is specialised in Bio products. Therefore, the clientele targeted is the clientele interested in bio products.
    • Both hotels should improve their accessibility to social networks, create newsletters to which customers can sign up for. None of these websites can be shared with friends.
