      • Introduce SaPRA as a useful tool to provide a realistic reflection of your skills.
      • Prioritise skills and begin to think about a plan to develop them.

    5. 2. Activity: ‘SaPRA-mini’
      • Evaluate your skills using ‘SaPRA mini’ - Complete the skills checklists.
      • Transfer your scores onto the feedback form.
      • Review & collate your top skills.
      • Review & collate the skills which need most development.
    6. 3. Activity: Using an IDP
      • Look at your handout for instructions of how to complete each box.
      • Use it to plan how you will approach increasing your confidence in skills you’ve identified as needing more work.
