As well as giving generic information about the LDU and relevant information about yourself it’s wise to make sure that everyone understands what’s meant by a workshop (as opposed to some of the other styles of classes in HE).

    • On the sheet, jot down what kind of teaching and learning techniques you have been used to experiencing.
    • Here’s an example: “the teacher talked and we had to listen to the lesson.”
