3 What is Learning Coaching?Learning It can be the role of a person, or a function carriedCoach out by a team, providing significant support to learners to:Support help them develop learning skills make best use of and develop their learning styles maximise their development in a variety of areas of intelligence, including emotional intelligence Learning Coach support will also help them to identify goals and plan an appropriate individual learning pathway which takes account of skills, attributes and experience
