We are clicked on the smiley face picture, this brought up a contextual Drawings Tools tab which includes Format options for the picture.</li></li></ul><li>Customizing the Ribbon<br />Ribbon can be customized to suit the way you work<br />Allows you to turn off the display of tabs you don’t use, as well as create new tabs and groups<br />You can add a group to an existing tab or move a group to a different tab. <br />You can also change the order in which the tabs and groups appear.<br />

  15. 15. Print Preview and Print<br />The options and tools for Printing and Previewing documents now appear together in the Print tab in Backstage view<br />The section on the left shows the print settings and options, while the section on the right displays a preview of the document.<br />
