Eyes <ul><li>Eat yellow and orange fruits and vegetables. </li></ul><ul><li>Good eyesight requires vitamin A found in these kinds of food. </li></ul><ul><li>Protect your eyes from too much sunlight. </li></ul><ul><li>Avoid reading inside a moving vehicle. </li></ul><ul><li>Avoid playing with sharp and pointed objects. </li></ul>
  3. 3. <ul><li>Do not rub your eyes if dirt gets into them. </li></ul><ul><li>Be sure there is sufficient lighting when you read. </li></ul><ul><li>Read with the light coming from over your shoulder and not from the front. </li></ul><ul><li>Sit upright when you read. </li></ul><ul><li>Rest your eyes by looking out of the window. Focus your sight on distant objects. </li></ul>

Ears <ul><li>Use soft cloth to clean your ears after taking a bath. </li></ul><ul><li>Never poke any sharp object into your ear. </li></ul><ul><li>Avoid listening to loud music in a closed room or through a headphone. </li></ul><ul><li>If you have an earache, tell your parents about it so they can take you to a doctor. </li></ul><ul><li>If an insect is inside your ear, pour lukewarm water into the affected ear. </li></ul>

Never shout into someone’s ear. </li></ul>
