Businesses also refer to social media as “user-generated </li></ul><ul><li>content (UGC) or “consumer-generated media (CGM). “ ~ Wikipedia -09 ~ </li></ul><ul><li>Social media is commonly know as being a part of the “Web 2.0” evolution </li></ul>
