About Lauren specializes in research and strategy for Experience Design. She received a Bachelor of Science in Visualization from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, where she studied a combination of design and anthropology. She also spent time at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand, studying industrial design theory and sociolinguistics. Her primary interest is the study and creation of human experiences. Special interests include ethnographic research methods and the design of services and spaces.
