  • Hi! My name is Ammon Curtis and this is my partner Chris Wilson. We wanted to find out, have you ever searched for elderly care for a loved one or do you think you’ll ever do this search in your lifetime? Well, we’ve built Late Living, the world’s first directory of senior living video tour ever created, and we’ve built it for you.

They are able to see decision making information immediately on the search results page and then take a tour on the facility’s profile page. When they’ve found one they like, they can save it to their favorites and then make notes about why they liked it. The best part is that they can share their favorites with family members and allow them to make comments, making the entire task a more collaborative decision making process. For people who need to make quick decisions, we’ve also included the number of beds available at this location and how long ago that information was updated. Users only enter in their contact information when they are ready to take the next step, and get in touch directly with the facility without fear of their info being sold to a third party agency. Using our website tools, families can turn a 3-4 week search into a 3-4 hour decision.
  • ChrisThis is NOT Arizona Only Idea. We’re going to disrupt the 8 key states we’ve identified and totally dominate the entire US as we become the Zillow of Senior Living.
  • ChrisWe maintain exclusive rights to the videos we create but allow our clients to use the tours on their own website combined with a robust video analytics package. We have designed this package with a $799 setup fee, $179 monthly subscription and a term of 24 months to lock in our relationship and help deter competitors. We anticipate 60% of the locations we film will sign up for this service.
