An online meeting where the attendees share: Tips and tricks Tools, shortcuts, articles, books, patterns, languages, you name it Experiences Things they’ve learned the hard way Frustrations or difficulties Frustrating issues or difficulties they’re facing that somebody else may be able to help them with This is NOT supposed to be a one-way conversation (don’t be shy!)

A Virtual BBM Leader starts off the meeting Whoever would like to share something turns the “Feedback” flag on LiveMeeting to “Yellow” The Leader promotes that person to a “presenter” The new presenter can then share his or her desktop/program with everybody Anybody can open up a mic and jump in with comments or questions at any time The cycle continues with people taking turns being presenters
7. Sharing on LiveMeeting Use the Content menu and share a Program, all of your Desktop, or just a Selected Area (preferred approach, sharing only small area)
8. Asking Questions Use the LiveMeeting Q&A to ask questions at anytime (or use your mic if you have one)
