Drivers for landlords From April 2016 Landlords will not be able to refuse reasonable requests From April 2018 Unlawful to rent house or business premise which has less than an “E” energy efficiency rating. RICS estimate this will be the driver for 682,000 properties to be improved. @DIEMLtd
