    • Over 2,000 delegates completed Welcome to Excellence customer service training programmes
    • Welcome to Blackpool trained its 3,000th delegate
    • Nearly 1,000,000 unique visitors on visitlancashire.com
    • More than 10,000 followers on Twitter and Facebook
    • More than 570,000emails sent to our visitors
    • Biggest day online:Bonfire night with nearly 17,000 unique visitors
    • Four rural Lancashire businessesgiven capital support to the value of £175K through the Tourism Connect project
    • £1.7m worth of BusinessTourism enquires were sent to members of Lancashire and Blackpool Conference and Meetings
    • We welcomed 59 newmembers to Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board
    • Next year we look forward to another eventful year
